Meet the Doctor

Dr. Douglas J. Cain graduated from National University of Health Sciences, Lombard, IL with a double degree receiving his license as a Doctor of Chiropractic and license in Acupuncture, Certified in Acupuncture and Meridian Therapy.

For 24 years, Dr. Cain has been practicing in Crystal Lake, IL. Dr. Cain is an expert in pain management, sports injuries, acupuncture and biomechanical concerns.

 

Dr. Cain has actively served his community through the following organizations: Willow Creek Community Church, Rotary Club of Crystal Lake, Dawnbreakers, Chamber of Commerce, YMCA Guides, Crystal Lake South School District 155.

 

Dr. Cain is an Ironman Finisher: Swim 2.5 miles, Bike 112 miles, Run 26.2 Ironman Triathlon, Madison, WI 2006. Dr. Cain fully understands pain, perseverance, character and victory.

 

Dr. Cain and his wife Stephanie have been married for 23 years. They live in Crystal Lake with their two children Doug and Lauren and their dog Trek.
