Our story begins with you. You are the reason we exist. Dr. Cain at Cornerstone Health has the gift of healing and the heart of a teacher that enables you to fully participate in the plan of care that will best serve you. Our doctor has been here for you in Crystal Lake for 24 years. " We love this community, our families are here and our kids go to school right across the street from this office," said Dr. Cain and his wife Steph. We actively participate in our church Willow, Crystal Lake and we're committed to serve this community.

 

We serve patients and families for generations.

Dr. Cain may treat a young couple with acupuncture for infertility and later adjust their baby and treat their child for allergies. Dr. Cain will treat a young athlete for a sports injury and later help their parent and grandparents with back pain.

Dr. Cain works with patients to achieve their fitness goals with weight loss, exercise and supplementation. With Chiropractic and Acupuncture, Dr. Cain treats individuals from ages 0-102!

 

At Cornerstone Health, we take the time to build a personal relationship with you by listening and creating a fresh vision of health with a plan of care that is right for you. Cornerstone Health offers early morning and evening hours by appointment, with Walk-In Clinic hours always available.
